RETURNS

We accept returns within 21 days of the receipt of your order to be refunded on the original method of payment. If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@havelovemusttravel.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We ask that you send back the item within a week of initiating the return. 

In order to qualify for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition–meaning that it should be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged with all of the tags and any additional packaging materials. Please allow ten (10) business days after the shipment has been received for a full refund to the original payment

At this time, all international orders are final sale. 

Shipping costs of returns and exchanges are non-refundable.

We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal.

HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship everything from our headquarters in NYC via USPS within 3 business days, depending on order volume. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we only ship to US and Canada :( But soon we will be shipping to more countries! Please check back soon! 

WHY IS MY GARMENT PRINT IRREGULAR?

The method we use for printing is done by hand and not by machine. The 'irregularities' in the print are not mistakes, but the natural and beautiful result of a hand printed garment. Please read more about our process here.
